      image Initially, coverage was normal and customer service was exceptional. Recently due to short staffing, Ive not been able to reach anyone in the office. I was able to email with Carmen briefly but then communication stopped. I asked about changing agents but was I formed by another agent I cant do that. My rate went up on my latest renewal and when I couldnt get in touch with anyone to find out why, Ive changed companies and actually have better coverage and paying significantly less. My driving record has not changed so no legitimate reason for the increase. I was very happy with Allstate but didnt realize I have been quoted less then average coverage for the rate I was paying. At some point I may check with a different Allstate agent concerning their rates for comparable coverage Im receiving currently if the need arises.
