Did not put out fresh stuff, and a good chinese buffet is all about the freshness. We were there during dinner, a good ways before closing.

Food was very good but they only had one chef working on a Saturday night. Reservations at 7:30 didn't have a chef until 8:30.

The food is expensive and not good. There is no taste but oil in their food. A $100 order and 90% went in the trash. I do not recommend wasting your money.
