Cashier Aju Aja or whatever her name is was rude! Quick to rush me out of the store and my refund still hasnt came yet it seems like she cashed in on the refund that shouldve been refunded back to my card.

My gosh my experience was super awkward. My first experience at the Matthews Ulta was quick and smooth i figured I go back instead of choosing Sephora for my secret santa gift. I came to this location early in the morning after dropping off my kids at school so i wasnt looking my best. When I found the gift I was looking for, I decided to stay and look around to enjoy what Ulta had to offer and just reminisce the times I used to buy makeup once it launched when I was young lol after a few minutes i keep noticing a girl at EVERY single aisle that I was at, I turn, she was there, I go to the other end of the store and bam, she's there again. At one point I'm at the colorpop section and I ducked down to swatch a color pallete and I spot her at the corner of my eye looking for me. I wanted to believe I was over thinking it until I got a phone call and drifted off to the other end other of the store again, and behold the same girl once again. I couldn't believe it, so i just paid for my item and left. I understand Ulta has certain policies but damn I have never felt more judge about my appearance than I was that day. I felt like a criminal that couldn't be trusted, I felt as if my reminiscing moment was ruined by the shadowing of the Ulta employees because of how I looked and maybe my race. This is the type of stuff that pushes people away and others refusing to go out and buy online instead. Taking the joy and excitement out of shopping isn't ok. If Ulta is worried about people stealing, maybe they should keep EVERYTHING under lock and key. I won't be going to this location again, I hear the Cotswold Ulta is much friendlier. Zero stars if I could.
