I went in tonight an hour before closing and asked for a color match for a CC cream that I had my eye on. There are only two people working but the woman I asked for help (I believe her name was Mia, but I'm embarrassed to say I'm terrible with names) didn't blink an eye and said she'd be over as soon as she could. she not only matched me to a color that I had no idea matched to my skin tone, but she also made great recommendations for a cleanser and a moisturizer. It's so refreshing to be able to have a real life conversation with someone who understands my needs. Thank you for having such helpful people like Mia in the store! I will definitely be back.

Very nice and helpful people. I just needed a gift card for my wife and had no idea as to how much to put on there. I dont buy makeup lol, but the lady at the counter helped me out, and the wife was happy, so yea, great experience

Absolutely awful customer service. Would rather go to another one a bit farther for more helpful employees. I went here for a very precise purchase, went by 5 employees no one asked what I needed at any point, and I know i looked lost looking for my item. They bunched up by the corner talking and laughing. Im not saying be miserable and dont talk at work but there is always time and place, at the moment i was in the store it was BUSY! The people in the front super backed up; when i finally decided to ask something to someone on the floor they were extremely rude, ignored me and just said no. I understand is hard to hire nowadays and retention but wow what a low quality of employees are we willing to allow to be the face of a major corporation! - this Ulta can be better. Also past employee here, so I know the standards
