What a great experience. I bought an IPhone 14 online with Verizon, I received a promotion on the phone. When I received the phone I realized it was smaller than I wanted. Today, we went to the Matthews Verizon store and Brennan (he was one of the mangers) was able to exchange it for me and help me get it set up. The kindest guy you will ever meet. We enjoyed talking with him while our phone was being set up! The process was very smooth and will always use this store!

Ive been upgrading my phone every 2-3 years for years and at this location the sales person Frank lied to get a buck. I was sold a promo and told that it would impact my bill by $20 when in fact it changed my monthly bill by $60!
I went to another location to fix the issue and had to return my 2 day old phone and pay yet another $104 dollars after already paying $140 that goes down the drain.
After getting another new phone at a new location i realize the sales person just showed me where to sign but did not show me any of the terms and conditions or show me the quote of the new bill. I can tell he did not follow the Verizon protocol and just wanted to make commission.
Im very disappointed! People dont pay all of that money to Verizon to get scammed. They pay a premium for premium coverage, premium service and an elevated customer experience.
Im very disappointed.
