Went into the store to see about switching over my phone service. Spoke with Brandon and Nick, they were very efficient and patient with me when it came to answering all the questions I had and making sure I was satisfied with my new phone plan and phone. Highly recommend this store and its employees.

Worst customer service, really astonished to get such a disrespectful, rude and arrogant behavior from the store manager Brandon when asked few questions about adding a line and down-payment, it's like he doesn't like to explain or service any customers, please don't waste your time visiting this AT&T store, sent a complaint to AT&T as well.

Went in the other day with a broken phone and wanted to see my options. Nicholas was very informative and extremely good at multitasking and helping everyone! We ended up coming back to see what options I had for getting a new phone. Nicholas was the only one there and doing his very best to help everyone. Then another man came in to start his shift right as it was our turn, I believe his name was Brandon, then a family who had been working with this man walked in at the same time. He came to help us as it was our turn, we went over pricing options he was very confusing and uninformative and would not make eye contact or speak up. He kept looking at the other family the entire time bc he clearly wanted to help them more. I was weighing my options on monthly payment or insurance and briefly mentioned it and he started telling me I dont have insurance. This was not true and I politely told him I did. He starts yelling (yes completely silent to yelling) telling me I didnt have insurance. Which was not even the point because I did and I knew how to take that route if I chose. He was still looking at the other family completely checked out of helping me. Not sure why he felt the need to raise his voice but at that point we asked for someone else to help us so he could go help the family he was focused on. He came over to continue telling about how we dont have insurance and how if we did it would be between us and asurion. Which I knew! I never asked him to file a claim or tell me anything about insurance I knew my deductible and everything I needed for insurance I was simply making a decision of either a new phone or replacement through insurance. At that point I needed to confirm I had insurance since it is on the monthly bill. Nicholas kindly told us we did, within 3 seconds! Such a bizarre experience, never written a review in my life but Brandon was the most unprofessional employee Ive ever met. Got a brand new phone and feel uneasy about it. I feel like I may not have been given all my options with honesty.
