    We moved in this month and the entire staff has been Fantastic! From the Office Staff to the Maintenance Team, our questions and needs have been addressed efficiently and professionally! Shout out to Joann, Summer, Behring; The Maintenance Manager (sorry I dont know your name) ; also maintenance team Thomas and Julio for making our move go so smoothly! We also are super excited about all the Amenities! Cant wait to get unpacked and enjoy!

    Joann helped us find a 2 bedroom and we were able to move in during August, after a stressful relocation from DC. We loved living there--clean, convenient, friendly and helpful staff, modern gym, and great amenities. Maintenance guys very polite and responsive, too. We grew to love Matthews so much, we decided to buy a house and stay here permanently. The Briley is jewel that I was thrilled to find.

    My experience at Briley was great! My roommate and I moved in together, and had wonderful experiences in the beginning. Clean property, friendly staff, etc. Towards the end of our stay my roommate and I felt singled out. There was a maintenance man named Thomas who I felt as though raised our cleaning fees towards the end of our lease because we felt as though he did not like us. There was an instance where he assured us he would give us time to remove some things from our balcony and that he would not inform our assistant building manager until we got it removed, and we really appreciated this gesture. Come to find out that was all a lie, and he immediately told our assistant building manager that we needed to remove items off our balcony. We did not appreciate the fact that we were lied to, and especially since he told us this information to our face, and went behind our backs. It felt very sneaky and conniving. Although, he was doing his job next time I would suggest to Thomas to not lie to residents about what was needed/was going to happen. Besides Thomas not being the best, Keno was great and very helpful!
