Ana is my wife. Since we have moved in, we have had nothing but issues. We have informed Mr. Stone about the issues in accordance to the move-in checklist and other things that have been a concern for us. I have posted the pictures. I feel it is a bit atrocious to pay the amount of money we are paying for the apartment, along with the conditions that we are enduring. So if you would like to call me by all means. I would be more than happy to discuss my negative experience. the reason I took a picture of the fire extinguisher box is cause there is none in our building and that is a fire code violation.

The place is ugly, always full of garbage everywhere, the apartments are infested with spoons and it is always dirty in the hallways. The neighbors are very noisy until dawn and if you go to complain they don't listen to you.
I have seen rats come out of the garbage in the hallways of houses and the always disgusting garbage containers.
This place is nasty !!!!

Management isn't at all helpful. The rent is outrageously expensive for such a garbage apartment. We are forced to pay for valet trash, which only collects 4 days a week (and most of the time doesn't collect everything). Residents don't abide by the valet trash rules so there is usually trash in the streets for a few days at a time. We are also required to pay for pest control which is ineffective because there exists a cockroach infestation.
I seriously regret moving in here and eagerly await our lease ending.

I have had nothing but problems since I started living here not even a full seven days ago. They have major issues with pest control and will just tell you that you have to wait until they get the stuff in. Im wondering if they have to sleep with pest. Im also very confused on why it seems like Im bothering them when i come in, seems to always have an attitude

I loved the place, they gave me an apartment super quickly, it took just 2 days, the management and the employees were super good with us and helped us a lot with the paperwork. The apartment was super beautiful and cheap. I recommend it :p
