My Son order on line when we received the food, some of it was missing. He responded back to let them know what happened, never got a response. So I his Mom tried several times to call the restaurant( 20 or more)no one never picked up the phone would just hang up. Remind you this food cost a lot of money. We had to order more food and pay for it. This was not right, so unfair. All I wanted for them to do was to put the money back on the card or bring our missing food to us. I more than likely will never do business with them ever again.This is one Ticked off Mom. We got 3 biscuits, 3 fries, a 3 piece chicken box, dark meat which the menu had white( white was what we wanted) 3 piece tender box and a drink. Missing 12 tenders and drinks. Paid a lot of money for this little bit of food and then had to turn around and order again.

I ordered my food through DoorDash. Unfortunately, I already knew that my food was going to be wrong because it always is every time I order from Popeyes. I gave it the benefit of the doubt again today my DoorDash arrives with my sealed bag of food, which was great. But lets go back to when the dasher picks up the food the drive through person was rude to her and told her she had to come into the establishment to get the order, The manager was mad at her for coming into the establishment to pick up the food, the manager then handed her my food and said thats everything. My DoorDash arrives at my home half of my order is missing. All of my chicken is wrong and I had no drinks. I contacted DoorDash regarding the issue. I proceeded to sit down to eat the WRONG chicken that I was given because I just worked a long shift and needed food that I paid $65.00 for, it was undercooked You cannot eat RAW chicken I dont know what is wrong with that establishment. It needs to be under new management or somebody needs to get in there and clean that place up because its a mess. Im done. This is the last time Im never ordering from there again.
