        Messed up our order and then charged for what they forgot off of our order they also didnt give us a receipt for either order (the order they charged us for after forgetting part of our order) no napkins, lids for shake and the cheese cups were filled about 1/4 of the way full. Super disappointing will not be going back

        How can you say Ice cream and Shake are at the top of your menu ( WHICH IS WHAT DAIRY QUEEN IS KNOWN FOR) when your Ice cream machines are ALWAYS down for cleaning!!!!!! Especially on the weekends or in the evening. This store is a waste of space. When you do happen to be serving Ice cream your employees are RUDE AS HELL. This is the 4th time Ive been there around 8pm and its always the same excuse the ice cream machines are down. Thank goodness there are other options for Ice cream in LUMBERTON NC.

        I ordered an ice cream cake for my little girl's birthday and Mr. Wayland went above and beyond to get the design I wanted! My little girl loved it and the cake was delicious! Everyone wanted to know where it came from! I will be coming back soon! Thank you so much for your great service Mr. Wayland!

        We had a great experience. Teaching with a whole bunch of kids, we have them some wazoo orders and they got it all right. It was super clean and the kids working were very polite and professional.
