        Important to note this is only my second negative review. Since the night crew continues to misbehave, I want to reflect what happened last night on April 20th. I walked in and the girl immediately said "We can not make you any hot sandwiches because we are about to close " I asked "what time do you close" She replied 8:00pm and I said "it is 7:45pm" I only want a 6 inch to go". No smile and no apology as if I was a nuisance. I've always suspected unusual behavior with the night shift who should be tested for substance . I will never visit this location ever again. My feedback is true and exact.

        I don't know if they had problems tonight. I pulled up front to the restaurant, it was 5:45. Lights were on. I got out of my car to go in. Restaurant was totally dark inside. I thought maybe I they had ran out of menu items and had to close. I was leaving went Thur the round about. Looked back over at restaurant, the lights were back on. Needless to say....if you need to close early, put a sign on the door. Do not turn the lights off when the customer gets ready to walk inside. Or, better yet....come to the door and "Sorry we had to close early". Something professional. Anything other than looking like your hiding so you do not have to do your job!!!

        Poor management and ownership. Refused to give me my $ back or even give me a new sub after screwing up or order and giving it to someone else! Very cheap and rude. Horrible customer service!
