        I recently had my taxes done at H&R Block. I have used them in the past, and was happy with their service; but this time, I was disappointed by the Tax Pro servicing me. From the start, he made me feel like I was a bother rather than a customer. Hardly made eye contact, and when I asked questions, he answered with very short, vague replies. He just simply seemed as if he did not care. My return was a simple one, and therefore I expected the cost for their services would not be as much as it turned out to be. I certainly hope H&R Block speaks to this representative and re-trains him to be more attentive and cordial to the next customers he is asked to service.

        I had Jennifer Campbell this year (2023 taxes) Unfortunately the IRS put us in a bit of a tense situation this year. Jennifer did everything correctly and she did a fantastic job. I got ahold of the IRS and we were able to figure out the IRS was Wrong and not Jennifer on my Tax return. Jennifer can be a bit intimidating, but I highly recommend Jennifer at H&R Block Leland office.
