        Even though it is a busy tax preparation time of year, Sheridan answered the phone and offered advice for my situation. Few calls were answered up to this point. He came across as very honest and helpful and could have just charged a fee for quick work but didnt. Very rare to experience this these days. May have saved me money as well. Thank you!
