Do not get delivery from this place because they will say it is on the truck and outf for delivery for 2 or 3 days and it will never show up. Unfortunately, you can't give negative stars. Otherwise it would be negative 5.

On Monday March 25 2024 I went through the self checkout and was paying with a credit card. I had an associate ask me for my drivers license without any explanation. She then proceeded to make a copy of my drivers license after the transaction was complete. I asked her why and she said it was a new story policy, but she didnt ask anyone else for ID that went through the self check out. I found out through a Lowes employee that, it wasnt a new store policy. I called back to the store and spoke with the operations manager whose name is Miss Darlene. She agreed on a record line that if it happened like I said then the employee acted incorrectly. She was going to review the camera video and call me back that day. She did not call me like she said she would that day. so to me she lied. I called back and left messages on 3 different days and still no return phone call. So today Monday April 1 2024 I filled a complaint this morning with Lowes corporate for her failure to follow up like she said and her unprofessional attitude, demeanor and smart remarks that was all recorded. This afternoon after filling it with corporate then she calls me with a even worse attitude and says she will have her manager call me and then rudely hung up on me. I immediately called back to the store and the phone rang for over 3 minutes before anyone answered which is also recorded. I then asked the associate to speak with the store manager that was going to call me and she advised me that he left at 5:00pm. So once again miss Darlene lied, and should not be in customer service if she cant have a better attitude and properly do her job and what she says she will do. Maybe miss Darlene doesnt understand what customer service stands for. Corporate told me if anything happen or change to call them back and let them know, while they are investigating it. So tomorrow morning since its after 5:00pm EST I will call corporate back. With identity theft on the rise Im not comfortable with my private information floating around in a unsecured environment. If she cant do her job at customer service how will she keep information confidential. I will also be filling a report with the N.C. Attorney General Consumer Protection Division in Raleigh about this incident about my ID.
