I found Lebra Tinsley when I was helping my son, who had just graduated college and had accepted a job in Raleigh, find a rental. I run a multi state real estate appraisal and home inspection company (we do not cover Raleigh) and I work with A LOT of agents. Libras level of service was EXCEPTIONAL! She is knowledgeable, patient and clearly cares about her clients. I do not give out many reviews and do not offer undeserved praise. I would hire Libra in an instant, and highly recommend her. One of the many things we love about Libra is her passion for what she does. From day one, she always made sure to inform us of our options, with no pressure ,regarding what decisions we decided to make. Our process was a little different than the norm. However, she and her team were with us the entire way. From answering calls, questions and even stepping away from her family time , during Christmas,to make sure we were able to successfully complete paperwork for our home. She is a true example of hard work, dedication , professionalism to the fullest, and not to mention a wealth of knowledge in her field. There has not been one question she was not able to answer for us or direct us to who we would need to get the answers from. In our book, she is all we needed and more.
