I was so pleased with Teonna's service. I must say being a first time homebuyer it was a lot of things I didn't know, but Teonna was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Whenever I needed something she was only a text/phone call away. She made the process very smooth. I can't thank her enough for everything she did and a special thanks for closing day.

If you're looking for a realtor Anika is the best. My wife found Anika through her group on Facebook ( NC Future Home Owners). Within a few hours of agreeing to work with her she was sending us multiple potential properties to look at. She helped us find a beautiful home in Wendell that had everything we needed plus lock in some of the best incentives in the area. She reviewed all documents with us from our lender. Once we were under contract she made sure the lenders and builders were doing what they promised and stayed on time. Then on our final walk through before closing she made sure the builders fixed all of the issues we found. In all Anika is a very dedicated Realtor that will listen to your needs and help you find the perfect home. She is definitely a part of our family now.

Anika is the best realtor you can find. She was so helpful not only while looking at homes, but negotiating the price and making sure that all inspection issues were fixed. She went above and beyond during the buying process and kept us informed at all times. We are so lucky to have her as our realtor.
