      image My mother recently passed away we shared her account. I tried to call this Truist Bank, Knightdale, NC several times not one person answered the phone. I want to close OUR account and online banking doesn't offer closing an account online. What an inconvenience for those of us that work during banking hours. It would be nice if the branch manager could return calls.
