Been banking with First Citizens for over 20 years. Never meet people so rude at the bank here in Knightdale. I have medical condition and cant accommodate me over a mask. Lady wanted to give me a mask that look like it had already been worn and she had her hands all over it. Then insisted that I go through the drive-through. Recommendations for a better Bank.

I love my bank! Been banking with First Citizens since college (20+ years). The Knightdale location has been wonderful and integral in helping me build my business over the years. Suzan, Ashley and Taunia are great!
