        Due to a change of plans I needed to book another hotel for the first night. I called this hotel well in advance and asked a Hilton customer support representative whether I could still check in a day late and wouldnt lose the room; that HILTON employee confirmed with the hotel that wouldnt be a problem, and indicated that my booking would be updated accordingly. But on arrival I was told by an extremely rude and unsympathetic lady at the front desk that my reservation was cancelled. She told me it was my fault and tried to claim that the third-party booking agency was the problem, and that I should have contacted the hotel directly (which I DID, calling their listed number and speaking with a HILTON REPRESENTATIVE). Absolutely ridiculous experience. Ive never been treated like that by a hotel, and I will never ever be booking another stay with ANY Hilton property. Noteworthy details: Horrible staff.

        Very rude staff. Staff member with blondish brown short haircut and glasses is rude and not pleasant to have an interaction with. Was no help at all. Heard her from the office she was speaking negatively about me.
