We stay here often on our way back from IL.

Right off the highway with easy access. Parking lot it tight but easy to manage. Fuel station right across the street. Plenty of restaurants just down the street. Rooms are very clean and cozy feeling. For noise wise you hear the traffic but for the most part its not overwhelming.

My husband and I stayed here on our way back to TN from Virginia Beach. We ended up getting the only room they had left. Very thankful for that luck. I ended up forgetting my very expensive pillow in the room. Didn't realize until we were home. I was so sad since I couldn't replace it with the same pillow. I emailed them and THEY MAILED IT TO ME!!! I couldn't be more grateful for them doing that for me. Never left anything before and I'm so glad this worked out. Thank you so much to the staff here!!!

The GM at this holiday inn has no customer service. The elevator was filthy and needed to be swept and was like that for 24 hrs and when I pointed it out to the GM, she had excuses on why it was not done. Breakfast attendant hangs out behind the guest service counter drinking coffee while the hot food goes empty. AC/Heat unit did not work well in our room.
