Ray Bullins Construction

Getting ready to shell out another 6-8 thousand dollars in repairs to our 6.5 years old Ray Bullins quality custom built home. Overall, this will take us over 30,000 dollars to fix issues due to poor construction, poor quality products, inept contractors, and a complete lack of oversight during construction. This latest issue could have been a non-issue if Ray Bullins had registered our HVAC units, or instructed us in what we needed to do in order to give us 5 more years of warranty. I could go on, but it won't do much good now. Of any regrets I may have in life, asking Ray Bullins to build our home will go down as one of the worst.

Ray Bullins Construction built a custom home that was just as I had imagined, allowing me to return to the land where I was raised. The design outcomes are remarkable. Ray was able to take my thoughts and convey them to the architect. It took us a little over 14 months in total, from our first site visit during May 2022 to moving into our new house. We were very fortunate and did not experience any construction delays due to supply back orders or material shortages. The vendors that Ray suggested for appliances, lighting, flooring, and cabinetry were easy to work with. Ray was professional and kind from the beginning. He answered my questions with thorough explanations and shared examples of similar scenarios. He even tolerated my mission to find beautiful crystal door knobs, that did not match, to add timeless appeal to our farmhouse. Mitch created a wonderful resource notebook for us when we moved in that contained contact information for sub-contractors, highlights for registering appliances and our HVAC system for warranty and details for all of our selections. I can't imagine that we will ever build another custom home because this one really is a dream come true. Thank you, Ray, Mitch and Lisa! (Yes, we do share the same last name but we aren't related. )

Ray and his team did a great high-quality job building our custom home in Browns Summit. He paid attention to details and made sure everything was done right. He also offered appropriate suggestions as the work proceeded and he noticed issues with the custom nature of the home. We are very pleased with the final product and recommend this company without hesitation.

Been doing business with Ray for years and he is always honest and professional. If you are looking for the cheapest builder in the area, this is not them. However, if you are looking for High-Quality builders who will stand by their work, Ray and his son Mitch are the guys for the job. I've seen literally dozens of their homes, top notch and well done. Each one has attention paid to detail and a wonderful floor plan. Would highly recommend them!

I became aware of Ray Bullins Construction back in Dec 2021. I saw my future house online and was absolutely thrilled! The house checked all the boxes for me: 3-car garage, beautiful exterior, natural light and lots of storage space. I immediately told my agent that I wanted the house. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I met Ray a few times before the house was completed to walk through the house. Its amazing to see the house come together. The icing on the cake is Ray gave me a booklet/folder of any and everything that has to do with my house (paint colors, flooring type, subcontractor list, etc) so all the guess work is removed. Im thoroughly pleased with the house and will certainly recommend him to friends and family!
