((UPDATE)) They responded to this REVIEW (SEE BELOW) saying to contact them with more information so their local Supervisor could come out. They were ALL CONTACTED -SEVERAL TIMES- in July 2023, when this happened, and SEVERAL TIMES SINCE THEN, but NOBODY has contacted me or the HOA. They also told the HOA in July they would send a local supervisor out, but they have DONE NOTHING. They destroyed the siding on the back of my house and CONTINUE TO AVOID fixing the problem. Let's see if they can Avoid an attorney! Take responsibility for what you did! Now, in October, they've damaged the metal siding around the garage door, hitting it with the weedeater. I guess that's what I get for complaining? Do Not recommend! Very bad people! They stuck a weedeater through my vinyl siding (3 different places) at the back of my house in NC. They were contacted, said they were aware of it and sending a supervisor out to look at it. That was July 2023. Its Oct. and Nothing has been done. They have ignored me every since. Now, in October, they've damaged the metal siding around the garage door, hitting it with the weedeater. My HOA contracted them to mow our neighborhood. They take great attention to detail and even spray weeds in the driveway and surrounding areas. The street always looks great when they leave. One day they unintentionally broke the glass on my storm door. The supervisor (Jeff) was here within the hour. He took responsibility for the mistake and replaced my storm door in a timely manner. Thank you for the honesty and professionalism.

Was stuck in bad traffic with this business besides us. Went to merge over when they gave us the room to and they began to continue pulling forward and almost slam into us until we blared the horn. Afterwards they got next to us and began taunting us making faces?? Not a great face for this business and now something Id never recommend to anyone based purely off the staffing.
