Nice, open floor plans, friendly community, and the staff at the clubhouse are helpful and creative with the community activities each month. They make staying here fun.

Was in the area looking at apartments when decided to stop in as I was driving by. The community looks very pleasant from the outside and even better once you see it all. Elizabeth did a wonderful job showing me around the property, the apartments and explaining everything that I had no questions. She even told me there were some walking trails nearby when I mentioned I enjoy the outdoors and hiking. Unfortunately, I decided not to relocate for work but if I had would have definitely moved here.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to live with nice neighbors Hawthorne apartments is the place live management is always ready to please all of the tenants and is very dog friendly and the property is beautiful I love living here and so will you

I've been at this complex for 1.5 years and so far it has been great! They've added valet trash daily in the past month. Maintenance requests are answered within a day or two and staff is super friendly and respectful. Always ample parking, although I live in a building towards the back of the complex. My only complaint is sound does travel as I think the 'hardwood floor' apartments are on the top floor, however noisy neighbors can only be helped by the complex to a certain extent. Overall, a solid place to live for the location, amenities and space- just be wary of rent spikes!
