Very short wait. Amazing nurse jenna and the pa was awesome as well this will be our go to place for now on. They did more in 5 min then the navy er and her pcp did in 5 recent visits there amazing

Speaking on Amaree ONLY from referrals - a wonderful experience dealing with Amaree this morning especially after being hung up on by the appointment setter and then upon calling JCMC back, I was being gate kept from reporting the colleague that hung up on me. Amaree however was professional, courteous, and polite ensuring my questions were understood and answered THEN forwarded me to her supervisor IOT relay satisfaction message so those two employees from appointment setting can be trained and hopefully corrected Promoter Amaree ahead of her peers, clearly motivated and deserving

Open until 8pm but don't take new patients after 6pm. Even if the parking lot is empty. This is very disappointing considering most other urgent cares in the area close completely around 5pm. I don't understand how a healthcare facility treating patients with urgent issues would turn them away with an empty parking lot and waiting area for any reason. Might as well change your hours at this point so you don't continue to mislead future patients. Judging by other reviews, this is a problem for many.

I was extremely impressed with receptionist and the medical staff. In and out relatively quick. Very thourough even without a sure diagnoses. They did everything possible and were super congenial and friendly. Thanks
