Great facility. They almost had to turn me away (only because of what I came in for) but the PA approved it and made sure to work me in. I did wait an hour but it is an urgent care facility that accepts walk-ins which people seem to forget. I usually wait that long or even longer for my normal, scheduled appointments. Everyone from check-in to check-out was very friendly and helpful. The PA might be the first medical specialist in a long time who actually asked me important questions that I wouldnt have thought of. I also appreciated having digital forms to fill out on my phone instead of 20+ pages to fill out with a low quality BIC pen. Very much recommend.

:( front Staff need some work on awareness of waiting room. Allowed other walk-ins to be seen before even accepting us due to a sign in the window saying "Seat yourself, we'll come to you"
Front end either forgot or just didn't, call the prescription in like stated, called after 1hr. Caused chain of delays.
Dr / Nurse was good.
Follow up: I'm sorry, but there isn't any confusion, but I did make a mistake on the exact verbiage. That's indeed my fault. This location is correct, and there was indeed a sign in the window at reception. This may not be exact but it was closer to: "Our receptionist has stepped away, please take a seat and we'll get with you soon"
There were 4 new patients that came in after us, who got attended to first. I had to finally get up and go locate someone.
The girl around the corner said "Reception had indeed stepped away, and she was just sitting down to look up some things"
I just think you need to work on awareness of your clients in the waiting room and what your staff perhaps puts up as signs now. The service beyond that was fine. Thanks

I showed up at the urgent care just before opening and was taken back within 5 minutes of check in. The nurse and PA Shawn was absolutely amazing, thorough and resolved my issue quickly. It was the fastest I've been in and out of an urgent care center, ever.
