Onslow County Child Support

This agency need to investigated. Its no reason why this agency would have so much personal information on both parents and the child/children and none of information is being processed. Honestly what are they doing in this office.

The Receptionist Named Vanessa (no last name ) was very unprofessional and acted poorly in phone conduct. Receptionist Vanessa is not a very skilled receptionist,she doesnt know her job title nor does she understand her duties and responsibilities as a receptionist. I personally called for what I thought was my benefit and I was on the phone going back and forth with this person named Vanessa for 30 mins before she was able to do her job. Poor poor Quality Reception skills. Poor phone etiquette. Worst experience I have ever encountered on the phone.

Person up front absolutely rude and don't want to help at all for anything. When I ask how do I do that or get something only thing she told me was that's up to you when you work for child support and have information about it and just don't want to help and be mean really messed up when a farther of a child go there in his own to get help for he can see his daughter cause the mother told me she be better with out a farther and they say they cant do anything or help me for i can be in my daughter life what kind of people we have working for the peiple must be messed up in there head people
