        I got sent someone else's mail with their case info and their next appointment reminder, it was addressed to me, but after opening it, it was someone else entirely. Every few months, like clockwork, I get a call saying they have returned mail and that they want to confirm my address. I confirm every time, and I have asked them to call me in the future. They never listen, they don't try to fix their mistakes, and now I have someone else's mail. This is only something I've had to deal with in Onslow County. Get it together.
