The diesel pump doesn't read correctly. Got charged for 10 extra gallons than we actually got and got told by the cashier they didn't care.

One star is entirely too much! This morning, I attempted to visit what I thought was the best gas station in town—“The Shell”, what my community calls it. I went in wanting to purchase some gas and the individual working at 1:39 pm, today, July 14, 2019 was very malice and unprofessional. Never greeted me when I walked in, smiled, waved, or just any sense of acknowledgement. I noticed the lack of customer service not because I expected it, but because the Shell gas stations usually always make me feel welcomed. This lady didn’t even ask what I wanted, I advised I wanted some gas for my vehicle and she was unclear and combative with trying to explain she needed to cancel the transaction from what I did outside for me to pay at the register. She said my card was still in the system as if it’s not a physical statement when my card is in my hand. I simply asked what do you mean and she continued on with a lack of professionalism with her attitude and making me feel less of a person. I decided not to make a purchase simply because she created a horrible experience being I was already having a terrible morning(and my spouse). My spouse even described multiple poor service moments with this cashier. Please look into this behavior, I know Shell employees are capable of much more than this. As a proud rewards member who actually advocates for the app and rewards program in the community, I’m truly appalled as a loyal customer. Location 1034 Richlands Hwy Jacksonville, NC 28540
