        Was quoted by phone way less than the final charge. After making a stink over it, the manager finally (and begrudgingly) stuck by the original quote. I ended up owing a small amount, and was given completely erroneous information on how to pay. All these four and five star reviews must be from people related to staff, as NOTHING I've seen about H & R Block would amount more than a one star (or, if it were allowed, ZERO stars) rating. AVOID.
