        Disorganized, unprofessional and unfriendly. Attitude is way over the top. When working with Allie, everything was great. Then came Kim Coleman and Shawn Fogle. Do not use them. They're obviously too busy to treat customers with respect.

        They insured all my rental properties. Kaitlyn was awesome Then she left and believe me this place instantly changed. Nobody in charge of my portfolio and no communication Please don't waste your time and money So many better options

        Absolutely disorganized and not worth the premium they will charge over other agencies. They will insure dog breeds that other agencies wont, so that is definitely a mark in their favor. However, they will get cancellation dates incorrect, misread documents, take a long time to get back to you; all for more than their competitors. If they're your only option, obviously use them. Otherwise, definitely not worth it.

      My staff became concerned after several weeks of trying to work with this client and could not get a commitment to move forward. I began to review all the notes and on July 17th, Martin phoned our office asking us to get him Hornets tickets. My CSR explained that we do not do that. He said back in New York, he would ask for things, and they would give it to him for free. This is against insurance regulations, and I was not comfortable proceeding with this prospect, so I told him he should call someone else.
