I cannot say enough great things about Insurance Agent, Patrick Himes. My experience with Patrick was nothing less than top-tier. He has helped me tremendously with all of my insurance needs, auto, home and life. He gave a number of options that allowed me to choose what coverage I wanted at really great rates. He made sure I was not paying for something I didn't need. Best of all, he's a actual person, not some call-center computer, that I have been able to reach out to directly with my questions. Everything initially was great and the offerings and savings. But then the homeowners insurance canceled my policy in after buying and while in underwriting due to it being a farm/business on the property. Unforeseen issues arise, however, my Agent at this location was unresponsive when I have emailed and called to get on another plan. I hope she is okay, and worried something has happened.
