I love working with Joy! I am a first time apartment renter and she went through detail to detail about Renter's Insurance and helped me find the lowest cost but still great coverage. She is extremely helpful with all services you might need through Liberty Mutual. She is sweet and caring. 10/10 recommend for anyone who needs Insurance for Car/Renter's/Life/ETC to talk to her for information and being your representative!

I have really enjoy working with Joy. I recently moved to North Carolina, and she contacted me after I took out a renters insurance policy to help me with my auto insurance policy. She made sure I knew that I would need an auto insurance policy to get a NC drivers license. Several months after I moved, I was finally ready to get a policy for a moped. Even though Liberty Mutual does not have moped policies for folks who dont have an auto policy, she helped me find a great rate with another company. Highly recommend her services!

Leaving 5 stars, wish I could leave more. Joy was very helpful. Although it took me awhile to get my things in order, she always checked back in with me and reassured me. She got me a great price on my insurance . Thank you so much .

There are sales people and theres Joy. She was super prompt, accommodating, and thorough. I dont think I have had a better experience with insurance agents than Joy.
