        Received a call back today in response to the strongly worded email sent Friday. I'm now told the claims offers needs me to call them because they have questions on the items my bank needs for my gap coverage claim. Pretty weird since TWICE now I've been assured everything was sent over. I've specifically asked them to contact my lender with questions. Why did no one reach out to me WEEKS ago when I made this request if they needed more information?
