Gerrick Williams was the agent that helped me. He was a pure natural at what he does. I've worked in customer service for well over 30+ years. And I know first hand, that customer service is not always easy. Especially when you're working with difficult people. But I could honestly tell that what he does is his second nature for him. His level of customer service is superior and was beyond delightful. He considerately opened doors to lay out my options that best fit me and my needs of car insurance.
