Charming 3-star hotel near Lake Norman. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic place to stay with your dog! The location is convenient to 77, making it a breeze to get into charlotte. It is a stones throw from lake Norman if youd like to head there! The room had a nice jacuzzi and a shared balcony with two other rooms. The staff was friendly and I had a very pleasant stay!

Very friendly man at the desk when we checked in. We had a little dog and 3 kittens with us and he was very understanding and helpful. Due to traffic we didn't get there until around 1 AM. We were extremely tired as we had driven from Lake Wales Florida. Very nice clean room and bath. Comfortable bed! Noteworthy details: Very pet friendly!!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The condition of the rooms left much to be desired, with multiple walls showing stains from spilled fluids and the bathroom displaying signs of neglect, including mold under the soap holder and water damage on the door. The furniture appeared worn-out, indicating it had seen better days, and to add to the disappointment, one of the TVs in our room was not functioning. To make matters worse, our family members staying in adjacent rooms encountered similar issues with malfunctioning Toshiba TVs. Although they received a $20 compensation, it hardly compensated for the inconvenience. The management's response to our concerns was disheartening. Despite contacting the front desk to address issues, we were met with further frustration when a glitch erroneously marked one of our family members as checked out, resulting in their belongings being hastily thrown into trash bags. Even after the misunderstanding was resolved, the damage had been done, with clothes intended for a wedding irreparably ruined.To make matters worse, the manager was unavailable during our entire stay, leaving us feeling unsupported and disregarded. Given the numerous issues we encountered and the lack of satisfactory resolution, it's safe to say that we will not be returning to this location in the future.
