Great people good breakfast. Rooms: Nicely decorated and roomy.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the staff was the real highlight. They were always warm and kind. Nearby activities: Bars and restaurants area is relatively close, probably a 10 minute ride.

I chose this hotel because it's convenient for us to get to the HHF center for my daughter's competition. The room was spacious enough for 2 queen beds. Service: was not as on point as other Hamptons that I have stayed in. I noticed there seemed to be a disconnection in communication between staff in different shifts. There were few requests that were not fulfilled even though whomever I spoke to on the phone promised to relay the request to the appropriate personnel. My daughter had a dive competition, and she forgot her big towels at home, so I asked for 2 extra bath towels. The staff said she would notify housekeeping to bring them up, and it was never delivered. The evening before our checkout day, I asked if we could check out an hour later than the regular time. The gentleman at the front desk told me that he would have to check with someone and let me know. He even wrote down my cell number, which kind of odd because they usually ask for last name and room number and then annotate all the request or instruction directly in their computer under that guest. Regardless, I never got an answer. On the checkout date, I stopped at the front desk and waited for a good 15-20 minutes, and no one came to the counter. The impression I had with the staffing culture here is asking the bucket to the next shift instead of really resolving the customer's request or concern.
