        Everytime I come there is one teller and the wait is atrocious.   But there are people at desks sitting doing nothing but yawning. Maybe teach them how to be a teller too? Or get more people.

        Let's talk about terrible banks, customer service in this place should be a zero. Multiple times I have gone to this bank and there is literally one person working behind the counter. One time I went in to get something notarized and literally every customer service rep but one was at lunch. Behind the counter, there is typically only one person as well. You stand around and the line never moves. This shouldn't be a full bank, it should be the size of a drive up photo booth. Go see Sara on Catawba, she knows how to manage a bank properly
