I lived here for three years and would not recommend this place to anyone. My apartment wasnt upgraded, yet I still had to pay the rising rent cost. The grills at the pool Are deteriorating and need replaced but nothing was done my entire stay here. I had parking fees for having a work vehicle and there was almost never parking convenient to where I lived. My car was broken into when I was out of town and my car was left with a smashed in window for a week. Only call I got was from the police. My catalytic converter was stolen off of my work truck. You can hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbor. Apartment complex attempted to get me to move out of my building and sign a new lease to an upgraded apartment or I had to move out for 2-3 weeks and they would upgrade my apartment. My lease was up end of February, I gave them notice that Id be leaving January 4. So since December, theyve been trying to push me out or get me to sign a new lease. I put in my notice to move out and they proceeded to charge me a cleaning fee of almost 300$ for an apartment thats getting floors replaced, cabinets replaced, and completely remodeled. They are also charging me an extra 400$ for rent for the four days of rent they added to my lease for being late with my notice I assume. So first they offer for me to get out of my lease early as long as I signed another lease and got out of my building. Then I offer to get out a month early which I did and they attempt to charge me an extra 400$ for four days in March that was not on the original lease. This place is run down, garbage cans broke down often. Valet trash that you have to pay for wont take boxes, and consistently was an issue throughout my stay. They make you pay for the internet and cable package at almost 200$ a month. You can get internet now for 50$ and stream everything yet you have to pay for cable whether you use it or not. Its very sad what this company is attempting to get out of me for cleaning services on a remodeled apartment and an added extra four days rent costing almost 100$ a night that I didnt even stay there for moving out at the end of my original lease.

I have lived at Camden Sedgebrook for nearly 2 years, with a reserved parking space right in front of my door and a detached garage. The community is very quiet with close access to Birkdale Village and I-77. The leasing staff and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful. When I visit the office or see them around the community, it is always like greeting a close friend.

Glenda was amazing for our move in process. Communication was great from the Camden team and answered any questions we had. Place was clean and felt new. Any issues or concerns we had the team is happy to take care of.

Outstanding place to live. We have lived here for a year and will renew our lease again shortly. Not only a beautifully landscaped property, and the location is perfect, but the real plus is the maintenance team and management team. They are the BEST. Really!
