Ardmore at Bryton

By far one of the friendliest front desk staff Ive ever encountered. Maintenance is also friendly and usually comes within the same day or the next, after the maintenance request is put in.They have a whole outdoor lounging area with hammocks and a bonfire, the pool looks really clean and its not open yet (Ive been to places where theres garbage and broken glass by the closed pools so its really nice to see that they maintain it even when its closed) the area is pet friendly and the vibe overall is extremely welcoming. I implore anybody looking for a nicely priced and newly built buildings to check this place out.

Amazing complex so far for the past couple months. Had no issues moving in and with paperwork. Rooms and closets have a ton of space and no complaints so far. Had some maintenance request that were resolved in a timely manner which we appreciate. It was a plus that these apartments are also brand new so feels good to be first in the unit.

Ive seen a few recent negative reviews & I have to say my experience has been anything but. The only negative thing I can think of is just a few inconsiderate neighbors but nothing worth complaining about. Management is great, their response time is great. Weve had a few minor issues since moving in last November & each time maintenance is in here same day to fix it. The amenities are great, my family & I use the gym frequently & we love it, cant wait for the pool to open up. Weve had no issues with the WiFi or parking, etc. I would definitely recommend Ardmore. The staff are amazing, especially the maintenance team. The complex is clean, no funky smells. Management sends out notices/warnings via email before taking any action pertaining rules and regulations. We honestly love living here.
