Excellent so far!!staff are friendly and made our transition form New York to apartment life in North Carolina very smooth. All maintenance issues have been completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I have lived at Redcliffe at Kenton Place in Huntersville for about two years now and couldn't be happier. The grounds are parklike - there are so many bushes, trees, shrubs and flowers that I think management must spend a mint on the flowers. It is nice because this complex has a lot of open spaces and land, whereas the newer apartment complexes, just don't have the land to be able to have all this open space and it's really nice to look out your window and see trees and nature. I have been very happy living here - maintenance has responded IMMEDIATELY to my requests. The central air conditioning wouldn't work and they came out right away to fix it, so I wouldn't have to sweat. I had another maintenance issue when I first arrived and they came out within 10 minutes to address it. I couldn't be happier. There is more than enough parking here for everyone. The office staff are all awesome, Allison, Shannon and Heather, and don't forget the maintenance men - Greg, Jose and Henshaw. They seriously must be the best in the business, very friendly, wave and stop to chat when not too busy. Their customer service attitude can't be beat. (I must admit I have a special place in my heart for Shannon who showed me the model unit when I first came here and made me feel welcome from the second I met her ! Her happy demeanor has a lot to do with why I moved here and I hope I don't bug her too much when I stop in the office periodically to chit chat) I feel very safe here. The neighbors are very friendly too, many walk their dogs and I am happy to report that most of them pick up after their pets too. If you have packages delivered, they hold them at the clubhouse office for you - something I've heard that other complexes have stopped doing. This is a big convenience for us, so we don't have to go to the post office to pick up parcels, even though it is an interruption in their day. I looked at about 6 other complexes that my boss drove me around showing me the different complexes and I am so happy I moved here. Walking distance to Birkdale Village and grocery stores and pharmacies and the local 97 Village Rider bus, it's just so convenient to everything, but it's nice because it is set back from the busy Catawba Avenue, so it's nice and quiet, I sleep like a baby! I can't say enough good about this complex and the people who run it. They sponsor gatherings for the residents to get together and meet and socialize, if you wish. It's a very welcoming, warm atmosphere. Trust me, rent here and you will be happy. You'll thank me later!!
