Holly Crest Apartments

My boyfriend and I are new to the area and we have been so incredibly happy with our experience. From the moment I first submitted an inquiry to tour, Kristal has been so responsive and helpful. She was so knowledgeable about the property and made us feel very comfortable and at home. Picking Holly Crest as our new home was an easy decision and Kristal has been so helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!!!!

Now I have seen alot of things and been alot of places but this feels like home!!! Trust me the pictures are just a glimpse of what this property has to offer. The easy accessibility to local businesses and hospitals are just minutes away. Customer service and information galore from their property leasing agent Kristal, she is phenomenal!!!! This is a must see to believe all the amenities that are bundled in the rent. Hands down the layout checked all the boxes. Go tour for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

great place and very calm! The problem is That they dont give your deposit money back on time. It has been 60 days that i moved out and i havent received it yet. I am calling every week with no response All the good work that the team does (maintenance and front office) is being overshadow by This attitude

Been here 60 days and so far so good. The leasing staff has been very friendly. Maintenance was very timely in resolving an issue that was caused by a power outage. Neighbor noise was a major reason I didnt renew my lease in my prior South Charlotte apartment. Ive not had any problems with neighbor noise since Ive gotten here. I will disclaim that I have a top floor apartment however. The amenities are mostly in good shape. The grounds are mostly clean and parking has not been an issue at all. The only thing I will caution is the location. The apartment complex is next to an interstate and two busy side roads in Statesville and Sam Furr roads. This can bring in a lot of road noise. More during the day but evening can be an issue. However, is the trade off is that shopping and dining is very closeby. Overall, Im happy with my decision to rent at Holly Crest and theyve met my expectations up to this writing.

Moving in to Holly Crest was a great experience! Moving is not fun, but Ricco made everything so simple! I love living here!
