        I have came here on more than one occasion and seem to keep getting the same mistakes happen over and over and at this point it ISNT a mistake . Im almost certain its done on purpose at this point. Asking for a check to be deposited and made available for the date LISTED on the check isnt hard and it seems to be this branch only is the one that keeps giving the same issue. Will be calling Monday to speak with a manager. I have called customer support and have came in person to ask why the same thing keeps happening and it seems to be they could care less. As a person who has bills to pay the day of me coming to ask for MY funds to be deposited and made available the same day its BEYOND frustrating.. imagine getting paid on a Friday after working hard to not even be able to access your OWN money? These people at this branch only DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY ASSIST.

I can confirm that we do still have an open location at 2541 Eastchester Dr, High Point, NC 27265, however there is a dry cleaners within the same plaza on the opposite end. I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused you.
