Administrator is very nice but Coordinator is so rude and loves to bully cna workers from agencies she talks behind their backs about how much they are paid other than that the facility would be very nice place to work Residents are precious.

This was not a good place for Mom. They took an already confused person and put her at the end of the hall where staff was rarely available. They lost her labeled clothes often, and kept pushing for her to be move to memory care. 2 days after she was moved to memory care she broke her hip by falling out of bed. While they do have some good staff, I feel others lack the training needed for the service they "offer".

The way the ADMINISTRATION leaves there staff short staffed and not care AT ALL shows what type of place this is. I work with AGENCY and listen they are NEVER staffed administration ALWAYS has an attitude! The work load feels more like skilled. If you are looking to come work here I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! This place is so unprofessional and I will be contacting the board because its not fair to the staff to slave! They dont care how they leave there residents ESPECIALLY 1st shift! If I have to call and report to WHOEVER EVERYDAY I WILL until they make a change! GET YOUR STAFF SOME HELP THANK THEM OTHER THAN CNA WEEK! Its just terrible to work here
