popped in for an inspection and was cheap and quick. went a couple days later for air and he went above and beyond, checking my sensors and addressing my concern.

I have previously RAVED about Sigs because my family has used them the entire time Ive been alive. However, I took my car in to have a flat repaired and when I left, my skid plate was dragging. I knew it was cracked, but hadnt been dragging until after I left there. I had seen them pushing up on it, but I trusted them and had figured they were just trying to fix it or something. Fast forward a few months, I have another flat tire with a fast leak. I took it to Walmart for a patch, Walmart told me that the nail was in the sidewall and by policy they cant put it back on- thats fine, so I asked to have my spare put on. I got my spare out for them and they said maam, more bad news. Whoever touched your spare last, cut it off and they owe you a new spare. SIGS TIRE was the last place to touch my spare. Walmart ended up having to put the flat tire back on, and I had to head to Mavis in Hickory because they were the only place that had my tire in stock. They were so kind and courteous, even though they were about to close, they still assisted me quickly. I cannot BELIEVE Sigs cut my tire off without even asking me, and broke my skid plate completely! I will NEVER trust them again, and I will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB!
