Steven the manager & Steven the lead tech did a wonderful job. Both were very patient with me. And were very friendly. Also Marco did a wonderful job with patching up my tire. They all were very informative. Even helped me learned how to save more money!

I was having issues with my tire pressure/sensors. I had gone to a couple other places beforehand, but I came away dissatisfied and anxious. Not only did the folks here find and fix the problem, they were extremely professional and more importantly very nice! You don't find great custormer service much any more, but I assure you, you will find it there!!!!! Will definitely tell my friends, and if needed, I would use them again!

This used to be a fantastic auto service center. We bought our tires here. Yesterday I went to have my car inspected and my free tire rotation. The person that did the inspections was out. They sent me to their other location downtown. The guy called to make sure they could get me in and out because i was short on time. I go to the other location and check in and remind them i had been sent here by their other shop. I waited 30 minutes after checking in before they even took my car back and i got the impression the only reason they took it back was due to the fact they saw me checking on my vehicle. Then they removed the wheels and did nothing for another 30 minutes. I began to get irritated and asked what the problem was that i had the wheels were off for 30 minutes and no one was working on it or telling me what was going on. Then the manager starts with you need new pads and rotors......lol... Needless to say I told them to put the wheels back on and do the inspection. Folks, these people exude slimeball characteristics.
