U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Hickory

Absolutely worst place everits even worse than the one in Clarksville,tnrude,inconsiderate,disrespectful employees there..the woman that works there need to go get some help for her attitude..I rather pay a extra 500$ to someone else than these peopleI move around a lot because of the work I do and now I will never use U-Haul again

I've been begging this location to take my money for over an hour and they won't answer the phone. I get a central call center and they said that they were so busy they couldn't answer. I own a business across the railroad and looked over and no one was there. I told Robert this and he continues to make excuses. America take responsibility and own it.

Overall perfect. Phenomenal customer service management is totally excellent. Highly recommended Ill do all my UhAul services at this location.

I had a storage unit here for several years. Just moved out, and I want to give a huge, grateful shout out to Lakeia Springs, the manager. She went above and beyond to help us as we were moving out. She was always polite, anticipated our needs, and provided personal assistance - guided by her professional expertise - when we really needed it. The move out would have been much more daunting had we not had Lakeia's help. Thank you so much!
