I know there appears to be a lot of negative reviews about Thornburg & Associates, but I am here to state that that is not the case with us. I can only say good things about this property management company. I just found out today that they are no longer the property management for the townhouse we rent so I thought I would leave a review. Carol, John and everyone there has always been a nice and polite and respectful to me. We had only two real issues during the time that they managed the property, and Carol had them resolved promptly and efficiently. Saying good bye to such a great group is hard for me. I wish them all the best.

I was a good tenant and paid my rent on time for 3 years. Was given a 30 day notice because the house was sold. Definitely not the case. They moved another family in the home(renting). Didnt even tell me that they had other properties available. I had to call and ask but was no longer interested. I was treated poorly and unfair. I will never recommend or rent from these people again
