        Don't use this company, they don't care about their customers. They put the listing on the MLS and then sit back and wait for prospective buyers to show up, they don't make any effort to market it. They don't return phone calls and couldn't be bothered to send a few pictures of the house once they got their commission. There are many other realtors in Hickory that will do a much better job. As a follow up to my original review, the company did send the pictures I requested and I am grateful for that.

        Terrible experience , realtor Phyllis Stanley refuses to call clients back and has her team tell clients that a home they are want to see is not for them. Worst experience I have ever had ! We ended up buying this home but no thanks to this team and Phyllis Stanley #badservice #steerclear
