        New self-checkout. Staff is still there, ready to assist you with the process. Noticed employees stocking and straightening shelves. Seemed happy to be working. Nice to see.

        I really enjoyed my experience at Kohl's. It had been quite a while since I've been there and I really enjoyed myself. I found a lot of good things at good prices, and the girl that helped me was wonderful. I really enjoyed her company. We talked for a while and she was such a big help. It was nice to have such pleasant customer service for a change.
