So I called up there the other day asking if someone knows how to do a wolfcut and they said yes but she only works Thursdays which is Brittany so I waited Thursday and what i asked for was the pic i wanted for my hair but when the lady started cutting my hair not once did she ever say "is this length fine?" "Do you want me to cut it a bit more?" "let me know if they're is something you need me to change" etc, instead the lady just quickly cut it without ever needing to look at the pic in the photo. I wanted the same length from bangs to sides to back in the photo. I mean is it that hard to look at the pic instead of just cutting it assuming she knows how to but she really doesn't I mean take some experience learning from professionals ask the customers first about the length first then you'll know that you've got the gist of it. My hair looks like a mullet instead a wolfcut, I've been to a better barber than this before and she knows how to cut. Never again will I come here knowing for the fact white people are just basic and non-cultured and thats a fact. Now I gotta walk around with a hat or beanie for several months now that I look like a girl. This is why I don't do haircuts for a reason because people will fucc it up. I shouldn't have gave that lady a $10 tip i should've just paid for the cut and walked out.

Made a reservation at 10 and tried to schedule it for 12. Somehow my reservation expired once i checked closer to time. I made a new one, arrived and told them how i set a reservation. I only have a certain amount of time for lunch and I wanted to have this done when I set it. I understand the staff cant control how corporate does their reservations, but they were also easily flustered and couldnt handle the pressure of having a high volume of people in there. It was as very obvious they just wanted me out of there and wanted to make it seem that it was my fault that my reservation expired without any way of me knowing. Ive had good experiences in the past with some members I saw, but after how they acted today about it I wont be working with that store again.
